We are closed on all public holidays. Please place orders ahead of all major holidays.

 

Same Day Delivery

 

Available for all orders placed by 3:00 pm the day of delivery Monday- Friday.

 

Delivery Times

 

Normal delivery times are 9am-5pm daily. Special deliveries can be arranged for an additional surcharge.

 

High School / College

 

The High school / College does not accept deliveries for students. Gifts for teachers are accepted and will be delivered to the front office for collection by the recipient.

 

Refunds

 

All sales are final.

 

Residential Deliveries

 

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we may leave the gift or arrangement in a safe place or leave a message for the recipient. Orders that are not left will be returned to the store. Another delivery charge may apply for delivers outside of town.

 

Wrong Addresses

 

We are not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address.

 

Canceling or Changing an Order

 

We cannot cancel or change orders already in process. Please call the store immediately for any changes that are required. Email changes or cancellations will not be accepted.

 

Right to contact

 

We may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery or to verify/confirm delivery directions.

 

Refusal of Gift / Arrangement

 

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the sender will be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
